Return and exchange policy

Shreddington Snow has a 14-day return period from the day you receive the product. The product must be unused, resalable and in its original packaging. Made-to-order products and Gift Cards are an exception and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returning the product is free of charge.

If you want to make an exchange, place a new order and return your original order.

However, if the product does not meet your expectations, follow the instructions and return the product.

Shreddington Snow will refund the price of the product to your account within 14 business days of your return. If your package has not arrived at the brand within 14 business days, Shreddington Snow will refund your return after the fashion brand has received the product and checked its quality. The original shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Make sure you follow our return instructions to get your refund in time.

The refund is always made to the same bank account that was used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be made to another bank account or with a different payment method. Orders made with a gift card will be credited to the gift card.

Once the refund is made, it will take a few business days to transfer to your account.
