The skateboard shop Lamina and its brands will be transferred to the ownership of Shreddington's background company Whatnot Agency Oy. With this strategic acquisition, Shreddington Snow significantly strengthens its position not only in snowboarding but also in skateboarding and street fashion.
Lamina is Finland's oldest operating skate shop and a respected brand in the world of skateboarding and street fashion, and combining it with the Shreddington Snow business brings an even wider and more comprehensive product selection to customers. With the acquisition, Shreddington Snow will grow into a significant player in this growing market.
The Lamina brand, a well-known and respected player in the world of skating and street fashion, continues to operate as its own brand as part of the Shreddington Snow complex. Customers can now access Lamina's high-quality brand products and retail brands, such as Vans, Nike SB, New Balance Numeric, Adidas Skateboarding, Polar Skate Co., Thrasher, Spitfire, Independent and many others, directly from the Kalevankatu store and through the online store.
