On the eve of the new academic year, Mathilde arrives in Paris to begin her studies at the Sorbonne. She shows up with her skateboard, her doubts, and the shadow of a love left behind in her hometown.
Amid the crowd of first-year students, reality hits hard. Far from her family, her friends, and her boyfriend.
Skipping class on her skateboard, she meets Zelda — a radiant and singular skater. With her, Mathilde discovers a form of sisterhood she had never known before. Through skating, shared silences, and Zelda’s raw sense of freedom, Mathilde begins to waver — for the span of a single day.
