Capita Mercury 2026 – a true quiver killer for all calculations

The Capita Mercury 2026 is a snowboard for the rider who wants one board to handle all conditions of the season. The Mercury has long been a cornerstone of Capita's all-mountain lineup, and for good reason. It's designed to provide power when you need it and float when the snow demands it. The Mercury doesn't lock you into one riding style, but adapts seamlessly from park to piste, to sierras and powder days.

The Mercury is a true quiver killer. It's a board you can start your day on a hard slope, continue on to jumps in the park, and end your day on the slopes and natural formations without feeling like you're on the wrong board. The directional shape and carefully balanced flex make for a stable and confidence-inspiring ride, but doesn't take away the playfulness when you want to get creative.

The board's profile is designed to support versatile all-mountain riding. The camber-based construction provides strong edge grip and explosive pop, while the tip and tail shapes support floatation in soft snow. This combination makes the Mercury a secure platform in varying conditions and speeds.

At the heart of the Capita Mercury is the Hover Core, which is designed to combine lightness, durability and powerful energy return. The Hover Core allows for a lighter overall weight without sacrificing stiffness or stability. This is especially evident in efforts where the Mercury offers exceptional ollie power and responds precisely to the rider's movements.

The construction uses HolySheet Tri/Bi Fiberglass, which gives the board a balanced torsional stiffness and a pleasant flex. This structure is reinforced with CarbonFlax Amplifiers, which increase strength, dampen vibrations and improve control at higher speeds. The CarbonFlax combination makes the Mercury calm and controlled even on uneven terrain.

The Mercury features a Quantum Drive sintered sole that provides excellent traction and durability throughout the season. This fast sole material performs reliably in both cold, frozen snow and wetter spring conditions, and can withstand active use in the park and on the slopes.

The Capita Mercury is in the medium-stiff flex range. It provides enough support for fast descents, big turns and confident descents, but doesn't feel too aggressive when you want to ride more relaxed or freestyle. This makes the Mercury an excellent choice for advanced and experienced riders who value versatility and performance.

The Capita Mercury 2026 is a board that rewards an active and versatile skiing style. It is suitable for the skier who wants to maximize every skiing day without the need for multiple boards.
