Capita Aeronaut 2026 – a versatile all-mountain snowboard for use all over the mountain

The Capita Aeronaut 2026 is designed for riders who want one versatile snowboard for all-mountain riding. The Aeronaut combines all-mountain stability, freeride-inspired performance, and freestyle-inspired playfulness into one balanced package. This board performs reliably on groomers, in varying resort conditions, and in softer snow, providing a predictable and enjoyable ride all season long.

The Aeronaut is built for riders who value smooth turns and confident edge hold, but still want their board to feel light and easy to control. The directional twin shape gives the board directional stability on the slope, but still allows for switch riding and freestyle riding. This makes the Aeronaut a great choice for those who don't want to commit to just one style of riding.

The board profile is Capitan's modern hybrid camber construction. Camber underfoot provides punchy pop, precise edge hold, and a stable feel for fast riding, while gentler rocker areas in the tip and tail add float and forgiveness. This combination makes the Aeronaut a versatile board that feels natural in a variety of snow conditions and terrain.

At the heart of the Aeronaut is Capitan's lightweight and responsive core construction, which makes the board lively and easy to handle. The lightweight core reduces leg fatigue during long days of skiing and improves the overall response of the board, making skiing smooth and enjoyable.

The construction utilizes Capita's carefully engineered fiberglass composite and reinforcements that add pop and responsiveness. This construction keeps the board stable at higher speeds, but doesn't make it too aggressive or demanding. The Aeronaut is approachable, yet still offers enough performance for the advanced rider.

The Capita Aeronaut has a fast and durable sintered sole that provides excellent glide in a variety of resort conditions. The sole works reliably in both cold, frozen snow and wetter spring weather, and can withstand active use from season to season.

The Capita Aeronaut flexes between medium and medium-stiff, making it a stable and reliable board for fast all-mountain riding, while still maintaining enough flex to handle tricks and changing conditions. The Aeronaut is especially suited to riders who want one board for almost everything.

The Capita Aeronaut 2026 is a great choice for the rider who wants to combine performance, versatility, and fun in one snowboard. It's a board that adapts to the rider's style and supports development every day of the season.
