Capita Ultrafear 2026 – a playful and versatile freestyle snowboard for the park and the whole slope

The Capita Ultrafear 2026 is one of Capita's most well-known and popular freestyle boards, designed for riders who want a single board for park, jibing and more relaxed all-mountain riding. The Ultrafear is built with fun and creativity in mind, while still offering enough performance for active riding all season long. This board is for the rider who wants to do a little bit of everything and enjoy a versatile ride without being stiff or demanding.

The Ultrafear is at home in the park, but it's not limited to that. It works great on boxes, rails and jumps, but also carries well on the slopes and in variable resort conditions. The twin-inspired shape allows for balanced switch riding and makes learning tricks natural and easy. The board encourages you to try new lines and tricks without fear of unexpected behavior.

The board's profile is based on a modern hybrid camber construction, where the camber is located underfoot for pop and edge grip, while the tips and tail have a flatter profile for more forgiveness and easier tricking. This combination makes the Ultrafear a stable yet playful board that doesn't bite the edge unexpectedly and gives the rider more freedom to ride.

The Ultrafear is powered by the Capitan Dual Core, which offers a good balance between lightness, durability and energy return. The core makes the board lively and easy to control, but it doesn't feel too soft or limp even in hard use. This makes the Ultrafear a great option for riders who spend a lot of time in the park but want their board to perform well elsewhere.

The fiberglass construction uses Special Blend Fiberglass, which gives the board a consistent flex and a comfortable ride. The structure is supported by carbon fiber reinforcements, which add pop and improve responsiveness without the board becoming too aggressive. This construction helps the Ultrafear maintain its character as a playful yet high-performance freestyle board.

The Capita Ultrafear has a sintered sole that provides good traction in all resort and park conditions. The sole is durable and fast, and is well suited for active use from season to season.

The Ultrafear flexes between soft and medium, making it approachable and forgiving, yet stable enough for faster descents and jumps. It's a great choice for developing riders and freestylers looking for a fun and versatile board.

The Capita Ultrafear 2026 is the perfect choice for the rider who wants to enjoy the park, jibs and the entire slope on one board. It's a board that brings out creativity and makes every day of skiing more fun.
