Capita Ultrafear Wide 2026 – a playful and versatile freestyle board with a wider platform

The Capita Ultrafear Wide 2026 is designed for riders who want a versatile and playful snowboard for park, resort and all-mountain use, but also need a wider frame to ensure an optimal fit for larger boots. The Ultrafear model combines agile freestyle character with rugged all-mountain performance in a way that makes it an excellent choice for riders who want one board for everything.

The Ultrafear Wide is equipped with a directional design that supports stable descents in a variety of snow conditions without losing its playfulness in freestyle elements. This board feels natural in the park, jibing and smaller jumps, but it also handles well for all-mountain use when you want to move with changing conditions.

The Ultrafear Wide profile uses a modern hybrid-camber construction that combines the stability and pop of camber under the sweet spot with a flatter, softer profile in the tips and tail of the board. This combination makes the ride smooth, predictable, and exciting whether you're riding switch, slaloming in the park, or enjoying some fast all-mountain riding.

At the core of the board is a lightweight and responsive Dual Core that provides enough energy return for pop and turn dynamics, while maintaining a softer and more forgiving feel compared to the stiffer cores of pro models. This makes the Ultrafear Wide a great option for riders who want a board that feels alive and easy to handle all season long.

The Special Blend Fiberglass construction works with Precision-Carbon reinforcements to increase responsiveness and pop without making the board too aggressive. This balance gives the rider a lot of freedom in terms of style and riding style without having to compromise on reliability.

The Ultrafear Wide features a sintered and fast base material that provides good glide on the slopes and in the park, and withstands active use season after season. The sintered base works excellently in both hard and loose snow, providing a smooth and reliable driving experience.

The Capita Ultrafear Wide flex profile is somewhere between soft and medium, making it an ideal choice for riders who want a board that feels playful yet powerful. This flex profile makes learning tricks easier and riding more fun, even when you make mistakes.

The Capita Ultrafear Wide 2026 is a great choice for riders who want one board for the season – park, jib and all-mountain use. It combines control, playfulness and stability with a wider platform, making it a versatile companion for riders of all levels.
