JOY
ILAHU is a company that was founded to bring joy, to open up the backcountry and backyard hills to new forms of play and research. Our boards are mainly made of natural materials, and every action and design is appreciated through nature.
ILAHU was originally invented by experienced surfer and carpenter Jan Leutola. The company was co-developed and founded with designer-maker Maxim Narbrough, based on their shared passion for making beautiful boards and enjoying the outdoors.
ILAHU shares the concern about the climate and has cooperated with Protect Our Winters Finland, to work and encourage others towards a cooler and cleaner future.
